It wasn't the governor that issued him the COLB. It was the state of Hawaii.

That has absolutely nothing to do with what we are discussing which was "what is the origin of his COLB?" You tried to question his COLB by insinuating that it came from a democratic governor. I clearly stated that it did not come from the governor because the governor has nothing to do with issuing COLB's.

What you may be speaking of is when I quoted a government official that verified Obama was born in Hawaii. I don't believe the person I quoted was the governor, though I could be wrong.

Anyways, getting back on track, his COLB originated from the state of Hawaii and all their practices and procedures for issuing one. His COLB declares he was born in Hawaii. It was not issued by the governor but by the practices and procedures Hawaii has in place for issuing COLB's.
