If the state of Hawaii issued him an official birth certificate, that's good enough for me, and the newspaper announcement seals the deal. In fact, I find the latter to be better evidence than the state sealed certificate. Unless better evidence to the contrary comes to light, I think this is a crazy issue in which to invest a lot of time and energy.
