Pel... I'm through. What little brain I have is tired. I didn't say I knew that the BC he presented was legal or not.... in fact here's what I said.... "I really don't care whether it's legal or not. I just want to know why Obama is allowed to be so arrogant in refusing to show or tell why he won't show what America has the right to see. If they put it in the constitution why shouldn't it be provable?"

Just what is it that "America has a right to see" if not this document that we're looking at right now? Fact of the matter is, "America" doesn't even "have the right to see" this document.

Only the Secretary of State in the various states where the candidate is running in a primary has "the right" or even the need to view the birth certificate.

As for the Constitution, that's the rub, ain't it? Just what President or candidate for President has ever "proved" that they were natural born Americans? Did Washington? Did Lincoln? Everyone just takes it for granted that Lincoln was born in that log cabin outside Hodgenville, Kentucky, but can anybody actually "prove" it?
