Actually its not based on that the name cannot be lost its based on THERE WAS A NAME. A name given by Gabriel the Archangel from YHWH for the naming of his Son. It was not an English name. It was not a Greek name. It was a Hebrew/Aramaic name.
When he was on Earth his friends and family called him by it. The Apostles preached it and prayed to him through it. Peter said there was no other name whereby we must be saved.
Thats the point. Its important to YHWH.
As a side issue it certainly would be ridiculous to think that the greatest man who ever lived who himself was YHWH manifest in the flesh would allow the New Testament Church to forget or lose his name.
We know the name of Abraham dont we? How about Moses or Noah? They were much further back in time than Yeshua. Yet he who was far greater than them has somehow lost his name or does not care if anyone knows it or not.

Hebrew is no more holy than any other language in and of itself as a language. The only reason God gave the name in whatever language He gave it by the angel is because that is the only language Mary knew. And the bible does nto say the angel spoke in Hebrew. That is an assumption. They spoke Aramaic then. Nevertheless, the name in Hebrew is no more holy nor superior if in another language. Languages are fleshly things. The language is only meant to convey the thought or the truth so our minds can relate to that thought or truth. The pipeline of the language is not as vital by far as the contents flowing through the pipeline.
It MAKES NO DIFFERENCE if it is spoken in Hebrew or Swahili! Sound waves being lost do not matter at all. What matters is the identification by whatever word or name we use that points to the One True God. If a person cannot even talk and all they can do is point up in the air and their intention is to refer to the One True God, then that is as good as saying the Hebrew name.
