Its changed almost completely in the WI District. I can't speak for elsewhere.
There is still a push for "cooperation" but its understood that daughter works and home mission churches may not be in a position to do so.

BTW, because of a personal email I got, I feel the need to clarify that the things I have said on this thread have nothing to do with the thread or what is contained therein. These are my opinions based on my experiences and nothing else.
