Re: Mitt Romney
I supported Mitt four years ago as the best of a sorry slate. I liked some of my choices better this round, however I may still have to support him again this time.
Rick Perry was a big fish in a substantial lake, however he now looks a mediocre fish in an ocean. He sounds as if he is out of his depth, and should not have been running anyway. I never believed that he had a hope, even before he started giving it serious consideration. He was best where he was.
New Gingrich is arrogant, and ignorant. He is possibly the best man for formulating policy, but he makes so many missteps that he looks worse than a lousy ballet dancer. I lost count of the number of switches he has made over the last year. These last few attacks on Romney are pathetic. That is why he will not win. He can not actually hit him with anything more than bad breath.
John Huntsman is the single most boring candidate. In my opinion, he falls in with John McCain for passion. He has none and has no support. He reminds me of Al Gore's opponent in 2000.
Ron Paul is both passionate, brilliant financially, amusing, and the single largest domestic threat to the nation aside from the current occupent of the White House. His foreign policy is nothing less than capitulation to our enemies. That makes him dangerous.
Santorum was my second choice for the presidency as I prefered Michelle Bachmann. However, with her out, he will have my support. If he drops, then I will support Romney as I believe that he will do less harm than the others.
