Some may not like this answer but Anthony Mangun strikes me as a Pastor with great leadership skills.

People who are always looking for fault,can find it easily all they have to do,is look into their mirror.
There they can find plenty of fault.
But Anthony Mangun hasn't affected the world like some Christian leaders have. He's a good pastor - true.
I'd be willing to bet that Anthony Mangun has given plenty to missions and affected the world in ways that we'll never know until we see the fruit over yonder.
AM has been handcuffed by the political system to make the maximum impact he is capable of making.
His life is not told yet!
