I feel sorry for Mark! He should have talked with some friends of mine before he accepted the position. One of my friends is a FORMER music director for Rod Parsley! I'll give it a max of two years before he resigns!

There is extreme pressure to get the congregation on its feet shockamooing every service! He'll get repromanded if it doesn't happen. Also he'll have to get used to 80+ hour work weeks!
