There is only one Holy Ghost. AoG people worship Jesus.

BroJoe I think in our AOG congreation we have at least 3 former UPCI pastors and not including us a handful of former UPCI families in different stages of travel from the rabbit hole.
In service today the pastor did not even preach today the Holy Spirit took over and we just enjoyed Him.
Christ is faithful!

God can and will do whatever He wants, whenever He wants. Talk to whomever He wants, and not to talk to whomever He wants.
I refuse to place God in a box. I don't have the market on God, and neither does anyone else.
With that said, there are some major discrepencies with the AOG and oneness apostolics.
If people want to make it to heaven, they gotta believe in One God. Not two gods, not three gods, not a dozen gods. One God. His name is Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

BroJoe you are so correct you can not put God in a box or do we have the market on God and there are discrepencies with AOG and the oneness apostolics.
You are correct in that only by the name of Jesus can a man be saved, for it is the name above all other names. But there is misconspection we believe that Jesus Christ is God, not a god but the one true living God that took on flesh and died for our sins and rose again 3 days later. We are not polytheistic, like some would believe.

I agree most (say 99%) trinitarians aren't tri-theistic. Some UPC'ers, Seagraves being one as well I believe, see it the same way.
I do believe, however, that if one sees the Godhead and three literal person we will see in heaven - their theology is way off. Finis Dake was one of those people, and even trinitarians derided him.
I remember when Walter Martin was a modalist trinitarian - until the other trinitarians said he was too "Oneness" so he recanted.
No, I think most Pentecostal believe we'll see Jesus in heaven, and Him alone as deity.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I heard John Osteen on more than one occasion in the late 60's. I heard him preach on the Baptism of the Holy Ghost it was very good I only wish he had continued to follow the Lord into more truth.
