exactly, like they do this just for free ,your only as independent as your check says you are ,and when did the husband change his voting record to independent ? and the drivel about her being canadian and not being able to vote is total garbage, if your canadian and live here ,you HAVE to get naturalized and then you are eligible to vote.My mom for instance didnt want to, she was happy to stay with a card, she was made to ,if she didnt, no matter if her and dad were married for 60 years she wasnt elgiblle for ss when he died .
