Re: ***Election Day 2012: The Day Of Decision***
Sean Hannity is going to say Romney through it by not being tough enough against Obama. Tomorrow. Now comes the blame game!

Newt would have kicked Obama all around the country, but the GOP wanted a Progressive. We told them - NO. They deserved this loss. They had it coming. Republicans can't lie and cheat during the primaries and at Convention. You wont' get away with it.

Although, I still don't know how they called Ohio yet. Romney is a tad bit ahead at this moment.

Newt is brilliant but divisive and dismissive. I think it is delusional to think he would of had broad appeal. He appeals to us conservatives but not to enough people to win an election.

That's a bunch of malarkey. It was WHO the GOP wanted to focus all of their attention on. You could see that playing out in the media, guided by Brit Hume. Plain as the nose on your face. Newt proved what the people wanted in SC. The GOP surrounded Romney and took Newt down. You know as well as I do that they can talk up Tom, Dick or Harry, and one of them would win. That's the game. Some of us aren't playing anymore. They can lose until the cows come home. We took our toys and went home.

Well regardless of who's fault it is America has gone down the political toilet. Our society will now become Obama's liberal global climate change population control, UN approved, disarmed and endangered, liberal utopia. Fun fun fun for everyone!

I stand by what I said about Newt not having broad appeal and as I stated during the primaries I will NEVER support a candidate for President with his marriage history, no matter how brilliant they are or how much I like them.
I hold the office of President in too high regard for someone who is a serial adulterer to hold it.

Really, and you wanted to support a serial flip-flopper? Maybe that's that lesser of two evils you got going on.

They threw him under the bus and deserved what they got. Newt was cleared of every false ethic violation. We don't need a progressive Republican in the WH. Mitt had already passed policies in his state that Obama was being held back on. That should have raised some red flags, but people were too intent on winning and not realizing what that could have done to our party. Eight years of a progressive president - where would we be after those 8 years on conservative policy? That is more scary than Obama winning, IMO.
