As to the marriage that happened and did not happen:
I personally witnessed when Drost's son received news of the pending marriage. I watched him wig out and vocally state he was against such a union.
The FMD pictures of a wife and then no wife, is no secret, indeed.
While I listened in to minister friends of the UPCI's Spanish leadership consistently reiterate a story coming from the Distrito Federal that the "poor woman" was so mentally incompetent and unfit, that the union should never have happened in the first place.
