I guess I've never seen that. Perhaps, with someone who doesn't feel they are dressed provocatively - "hanging out" is in the provocative arena. I've seen women become offended, who were attractive in looks and dress, but weren't in provocative mode.

Now, you and I both know that a v-neck is much more flattering than a rounded neck on a shirt. But the v doesn't have to come to the navel, right?

Disagree to a degree. I have spent last 18 years working with mostly women, sometimes the only man on the floor.(nurse). They know why they wear tight behind huggin clothes or show the cleavage. You think they do because women find it sexy?
