There are hundreds of thousands of people in inner cities and crime plagued areas, I don't see how you get that winning a soul drops the crime rate significantly enough to notice.

Uh...no. You are. You seem to rate "effectiveness" by the crime rate.

Well....ummm....you seem to be suggesting that the hundreds of 'churches' who are "winning souls" in Memphis aren't effective at all in reducing crime.

No, you are. I never said their goal was to reduce crime lol.

That's like saying gardeners aren't effective at reducing crime

That's two of us who haven't said that their goal was to reduce crime. You're avoiding the issue, should the hundreds and hundreds of 'churches' in Memphis winning thousands of souls have an impact on crime? You seem to be suggesting there's no correlation between soul winning and lifestyle changes such as turning from crime.

Why would you consider the hundreds and hundreds of 'churches' in Memphis impotent when it comes to crime?
