seeing that it never grew one inch in the 7 years my family attended...along with the SHORT shoulder length hair (of the used to be asst. pastors wife)

It is not right to judge a sister by the length of her hair. If a person believes it is wrong to cut their hair and they do not cut it, it doesn't matter how long or short it is, God is the judge. My hair has not grown in many, many years and I have not cut it. I do not wear it down for fear there will be some like you, who will judge me.

I was NOT judging anything...I was stating facts and replying to another post. I myself do NOT have long hair and have been judged many times. I am sorry that you took offense or took it as a personal judgment. I know many "apostolics" who trim/cut their hair and I do not judge NO-ONE for their personal walk. Let every man/woman work out their own salvation. Please accept my apology to you personally.

I accept your apology, I did not take your remarks personal, how could I? You don't know me and I don't know you. I just think it is a double standard to imply that the sister may cut her hair because it hasn't grown in seven years. and then comment that everyone works out their own salvation. It that truly is the case, then why is shoulder length hair wrong. For the record I am not UPC and I do not cut my hair. I do not mean to come across harsh, I am only commenting for the sake of discussing. That is why I added a smiley to my last post.

I knew I should not have tried to add the smiley.....I do not see well, and I did not realize that it was a pacifier smiley, I just thought it was a regular one. I do apologize sincerely.

My hair doesn't grow either, and I have a daughter who's hair has never been past her shoulder blades. I grew SO tired of hearing people question HER about OUR hair length. They were too yellow backed to ask me face to face, cuz they knew they would get PUT IN THEIR PLACE. I was 50 years old when I cut my hair for the first time in my life. I lived what I was taught. Self righteous biddies and their holier than thou attitudes are gonna be kissin the devil "Hello" long before God fearing and 'earnestly strivin to be like Him' folk! I can guarantee THAT.
I felt the same way about that post by GodzChild...just choze to ignore the seeming ignorance in her rantings...
