Response to Houston's question. I understand if someone thought gay pastors were in a far worse catagory than Trinitarianism.
I am not so sure I would have a problem renting facilities from anyone - nightclubs included, unless there is a concern that the church condones what happens there when they are not assembled.

In that regard I think it would be easier for the community to understand meeting in a club... The gay pastor thing mixes the holy and the abominable...

More to the point - I couldn't imagine being in town and someone asking me where my church was located. That would be a huge issue for me.
