Oh my goodness .... I just re-read my post....I meant to say WHEN my husbands job sent us to the south......Sorry~ I would have lost my mind if God had not have gotten us out of the south and back home ~ Northern Colorado! I had a real hard time in the south. I am NOT a southern person/ or from anywhere near the south...at all!!! 6 years of **** ~I could not adapt to the tropical weather....(some) people and the whole race thing...... I HATED it! I was sick most of the time with colds, strep and bad sinus problems because of the damp and humid climate.....much less sick OF the hatred this city was OVER-flowing with! Gang wars ~ crime and murders was off the chain! I prayed so hard for God to rescue my family and get us out of that nightmare....and he did! THANK GOD!!!!!!!

When I moved to the Nashville area 13 years ago I quickly learned that if you are from here it is your duty to despise Memphis. Something that is easy to do if you have ever been to Memphis! It is certainly a town you don't want to take a wrong turn in. My SIL was carjacked while there on a business trip and had a gun held to his head, laptop stolen, etc. Lucky to have lived to tell the tale.

case n point about my guns My daughter and I was at "Ghetto-Mart" in Raleigh a run-down-nasty Wal-Mart).....a car riding in the wrong lane coming at me, I throw up my hands to say..."hello...you're on the wrong side"... this car passes me, then turns around and speeds up to me as if to hit me from the rear. I pull over, pull my gun out and lay it on my lap. A black guy walks up to my window and has a WELL KNOWN Gang tat on his neck, a tear drop tat under his eye....he asks do I have a problem....I respond...no but you do with your driving....he seen my gun and said..."oh , we straight then".......he walked off and I drove off. I don't play when it comes to mess like that. I am a small person but I will not let people walk over me either. I was fed up with the racist mess that the blacks and whites were doing! When we first moved into the neighborhood......someone poisoned our dog as a "sign for n*****-lovers and n****** who don't stay with their OWN".....VERY SICK people in that place. I do not look like Native American.....I look like I am Hispanic but I am not. My husband is black and he was appalled at the actions, sheer stupidity of people there. I cant say what he actually said about the blacks and whites there...or I would be banned.... so this is why I said...the south was my biggest and worse nightmare ever....we had it bad all the way around. Whites were as mean to us as blacks.....NOT ALL...but the majority I will say~ Sad to think some people think they are better than others bc of skin tones....and that they have a right to tell you who to and not to be with as man and wife......VERY sad and pathetic!!!!!! Guess most people seem to forget where we ALL came from IN THE BEGINNING!!!!!!
