Well, it is grand to have her in your life. I do know what that feels like having my son's little boy he adopted. He came into our life and is just, like my husband says, "I love that little kid." lol
I was building a castle with some blocks I bought by Discovery and thought it would be fun if I gave him play money so I could buy blocks from him. I was intently trying to position some of the pieces and he was, apparently, saying something to me. I turned my head and said, "What did you say?" He said, "Snap out of it, Gammie."
That is his way of saying, "Pay attention to me." LOL
