With the photo of the grass stained pants, that seems very likely.

That looks like a good depiction. If shot in that position, there might not be any blood leakage onto the person lying down unless the person on top fell on him after being shot. To my knowledge, GZ has never said that TM fell on him after shooting him.

No, he never said that TM fell on him. And also, the autopsy reports little blood leakage as 2 liters had filled his lungs.

Because the bullet didn't go all the way through it had to have been a jacketed hollow point. When they go in, they go in the size of the hole, the flesh would close up the wound. But, there are lots of variables. That's just one. A full metal jacket would have gone all the way through, unless it hit a rib.

In addition, the heart is centrally located behind bone and muscle and other tissues. However, the chest cavity has lots of room for fluid.

Yes, lots of room and from the autopsy, his chest cavity, for both lungs, was filled with blood - 2 liters. That's a lot of blood.

Handgun wounds to the heart don't typically have a 'spray'. The blood will fill the chest cavity instead, then leak out.

One question I would have regarding GZ's re-enactment. He said that after, TM said, "You got me", GZ thinking he meant he was giving up the fight, pushed him aside and stretched out his arms to try and pin him down. When the police arrive, TM's arms are under the body. So, I don't get that.
