Yes I have, but I work during the day and cannot watch the entire case, frame by frame, as everything unfolds.
Instead of getting frustrated, try addressing the ideas I have brought up.
This case, isn't about me.
This case is about a dead 17 year old and a neighborhood watch guy who was trained to follow, but not to confront.
I have brought up questions on this thread that will likely not be asked of the defendant-- but if they ever were to be asked during this trial, we'd get a better picture of the defendant and what happened that night.
Furthermore, I doubt he was trained to carry his weapon while performing his duties as neighborhood watch-- I know the national neighborhood watch association teaches against this.
Which is probably why he didn't seek to officially codify his standing as neighborhood watch through an established and reputable organization.
I don't think he had the intent of killing the first potential intruder he saw when he left his apartment to go to Target that Sunday night.
I do think he was aggressive beyond the scope of duty for a neighborhood watch and his actions should not be protected by our laws.
