I don't think he can mention anything that wasn't mentioned during the trial. Actually, the marijuana was brought up during the trial. I don't think he can bring up the drink as it wasn't an established fact - the "lean". They would call it speculation without his texts.
Perfect for the Pros to leave out of evidence, huh? IT would have put the hammer, solidly, on the whole case.
