One thing of note that O'Mara said yesterday - in 30 years he has ever filed a Motion for Sanctions and has already filed 6 against the State Prosecution for withholding evidence.
The worst part is that Judge Nelson knew they were withholding evidence and didn't care one bit.

Very.
Now he is bringing up the Skittles. I wonder why, if he was playing video games with his step-brother, and running to grab the Skittles for the boy, it took him 40 minutes to get back to the complex from 7-Eleven. And why was he lingering around outside on the phone in the rain and the dark.
Just doesn't make sense, unless he wasn't playing video games and the Skittles weren't for his brother.

Yea,
How much longer is he going to rant? He is so annoying.
Some are commenting that he is appealing to the emotional side of the women jurors. But, I think these women are a little sharper than that.
