Women are not to "preach-teach" to men in the church - but alllll should certainly win the lost - though I think it's more ideal for women to win women & men to win men (I've stated this over & over & over & over on this thread).
Also, I completely disagree with you that "preach" & "teach" are not being used interchangeably - the context is clear (unless you're going to say that when Jesus & Paul were not "preaching" while they were "teaching" ?).

Im not sure the Women should only win Women deal is practical. Imagine going out door knocking.

They were doing two things, they were teaching AND Preaching...at least that is what your verses say.
As Per the quote, Preaching is mostly in regards to unbelievers.
When they become believers in the gospel, they want to learn and be taught
