A co-worker touching your behind is sexual harassment. Sue your employer if they tolerate that.
An employer cant discriminate in their hiring practices. That includes sex, age, religion, sexual preference.
Its not rocket science.
What do you want? The right to walk around and condemn people to hell? Not everyone is christian.

Give me a break.
I'm not talking about walking around condemning people to hell.
But whats good for the goose should be good for the gander and thats not happening.
No, everyone is not christian. And everyone is not into satanism, new age, humanism, catholicism, scientology or a number of other "religions" yet they are tolerated in the work place. Its only the "christians" that are singled out and discriminated against. And YES the above things I named are "religions" by the very definition of the word.
The constitution protects against more than just unfair hiring practices.
Are you saying that the freedom of religion stops at the door of the work place? If so, once again, what about the "religions" I named above that are free to say whatever they want to say at work? Often things I would rather not hear?
Harrassment isn't just "sexual" or physical. It can take on other forms. Including the deliberate use of language or open discussion of offensive topics in the work place. If saying Merry Christmas isn't allowed because it might "offend" someone, what about this other junk thats allowed?
I might add that I work for a very large company that boasts about its "diversity" of employees and how they don't allow discrimination or harrassment in the work place.
