In the profession I do as a living, I'm offended daily. I have big shoulders. I get over it or ignore it altogether.
I shouldn't have to worry about Pastor Soandso getting offended over something I'm doing. If he's so offended that he may stumble over me, perhaps he shouldn't be a pastor.

You are so right! The shoe fits on both feet, not just one.
My thought is this... if the Lord convicts you to do (or not to do) such and such... do it as unto the Lord, but don't expect every other person you meet to have to rise up and meet the standards that are between you and the Lord. Things would be so much easier that way.
