Thank God he witnessed it and got the information. Im waiting for the tow driver now and then I call Enterprise and they pick me up. Sadly though I did not have the rental part in my insurance, but I do get a discount through my insurance.
The driver of the truck said it was a young girl....she probably didn't have insurance. Im really frustrated lol...

I trust you have your company working on the claim?
Do you have underinsured motorist protection- if she does not have insurance you can claim that. If she does have insurance, you are then a claimant. If she has insurance and they are difficult, you are left to small claims court.
YOU do NOT have to take the optional insurance either, if you have insurance, it will protect the rental car.
