Tongues come with the baptism of the Holy Ghost and the Holy Ghost is resident. He doesn't "come and go". I speak in tongues most always when I pray and in worship too. It's a gift He gave me and a sign that I've received the power and unction that promised for believers. It's not here today and gone tomorrow and back again next week.

I sought long and hard to receive the Holy Ghost. And for a short time afterward I still struggled a bit with doubt which I'm sure was partly my own conscience ....... wanting to be sure that I received the "real" thing ..... and possibly a tactic of the enemy as well to discourage me.

Finally one evening while praying I just made up my mind ..... "This is mine! I'm going to claim it as mine and I'm not going to allow it to be stolen from me."

The Holy Ghost is a well of living water springing up into everlasting life. If it ain't flowing, then there's junk in your well that needs to be cleaned out.

Check out the story of Issac having to re-dig the wells Abraham had dug,
because the enemy had filled them up.
