That's not what I'm saying because I doubt that is what happened. They are cowards for not standing up to the thugs and worrying about what their reaction will be.

1. Nobody knows what happened. We can doubt or suppose all day long....

2. To the emboldened statement I'm not sure that that's how that really happened.

I understand why the call was made not to engage the looters...... if they had the riots would have been far worse, Baltimore as a city is a different animal than most places. There was no "good" way of handling what happened Monday Night.
