You never fail to amaze me. Why is it so hard for you to place blame on the cops? Why? You would rather believe the stupid conspiracy theories. Severe neck injuries. No pre-existing neck injury. Trachea injury. Arrested for no lawful reason. Undisclosed stop of the police van. History of Police misconduct in Baltimore. Other guy in the van didnt hear him making noise.
Its easier to place blame the victim. Its easier for you to think he did that to himself. Its easier to blame his previous run ins with the law.
