Thank you, I will take that as a no.
Does it have fellowship with other independents across the country?

We are not in fellowship with any groups. With only a few exceptions we go through the bible book by book, chapter by chapter, and verse by verse each week so don't bring in outside speakers or for that matter guest singers.
It is not that we don't approve of or like other groups. In fact something we are having to deal with now is that because of the churches tremendous growth (from a handful of people to averaging around 1,600 per weekend over four services in six yearsI) we have a lot of groups and ministries that want to "partner" with our church.
We aim to remain focused on "Authentic Worship, Authentic Community, and Authentic Community Service" Going through the bible word for word, mid week Life Groups, Experience University, 5000 Ministry (we feed 150-200 homeless people a hot breakfast every Saturday and Sunday morning in the park), BAR ministry (on a weekend night setting up outside bars and offering hot coffee and hot dogs to help sober people up, support for various foreign missions and three domestic churches the pastoral team picked out that are in the northeast and largely unchurched areas.

Thank you for your answer, but could you clarify your churches definition of "authentic?"

Real or genuine.

Again thank you for the explanation.
What is the difference between what your church defines real, genuine, and authentic worship, community, and community service, compared to an "old time" Apostolic or UPCI church?

It is not a slam towards any church group. Just an affirmation that we want to be transparent, real and honest in our worship to God. We want to be real with each other. Not putting on some kind of "church" face and then being different the rest of the week. Not being haughty, unkind, etc, etc That is authentic community. Authentic community service is not just giving money for others to do good work but for the church itself to go out and perform community service. We mow and weed peoples yards who live in the neighborhood next to the church, assist The Journey Home (a homeless shelter / ministry), and send volunteers to other community service projects.

Thank you, you are just telling people that you are all honest and what you see is what you get.

After reading this I'd say one like CC1's church sounds about right.

You say you're independent, what's your method of Church government? I'm guessing that just one person and a group of "yes" men didn't come up with these methods. Seriously it sounds really great! Where are you located??
