Assuming for a moment the validity of the example you gave, is it not clear that the apostle specified it was 'specific to the times they lived in'? And how then does the apostle make that same specification in 1 Cor 11?

It appears it could be considering itf was not once mentioned before in all the laws given by God.

And do we have anything in the Bible stating this rule? "If an apostle teaches something not previously mentioned by Moses, it is either just his personal opinion or it only applies to that specific time and place and audience." ???

Do you agree it was never commanded by God in the scriptures?

It was commanded in 1 Corinthians ch 11, at the least. Last I checked, that was still Bible.

When Jesus said search the scriptures it wasn't a letter to a church he was talking about. When Paul told Timothy all scripture is given by inspiration of God was Corinthians even written?
