It is God who is manifest throughout. Why hinder God?

To take this from a different approach, when was there ever a time when there were no Pentecostal woman ministers ? They were common during the Azusa street days.

I think you slipped on your Arjun, and slid all the way into a Krishna.

So were people who barked like dogs and rolled all over the floor.

Re: The UPCI Ordains Women Pastors?

It was the Methodists at Cane Ridge in 1880 that barked. They called it "treeing the devil".

Yes, rolling is part of the Pentecostal tradition. I have only seen one person roll at church.

"Holy Rollers" in California were frauds who were in no way connected with Pentecostalism. Figuring them out was not easy. There were a band of them in Oakland. The fine folks at the Apostolic Faith Mission did not have anything to do with them.

It was also a Presbyterian meeting, although Methodists were involved. It was one of the sources of the Churches of Christ movement, believe it or not.

I agree.

A woman that usurps authority over men . . . VS . . . having
her husbands permission to usurp authority . . . ?????

But what do the scriptures say and TEACH?
