Re: "A Pentecostal Approach to Transgenderism"

In evangelism of any sort, some things simply must be ignored and looked past, if the witness attempting to preach Christ, is ever going to get to a person's heart.

God puts His anointing Spirit in and upon a person, so that they may speak the truth in love, and share words that are seasoned with salt, that minister grace to the hearers.

Grace abounds wherever sin abounds. Grace is the divine influence upon a heart, and as such, is a teacher, like the Spirit of Truth, that can guide a person to Jesus and the Cross.

The transgender person needs to experience the love of God in Christ through us. They need to know we love them, too, if ever that it is going to occur.

Love here, though, must be properly defined. It's not emotional sentiment, although that is involved. Rather, it's a principled love, one that does not shirk holiness or righteousness in order to gain friends, while at the same time, indicating to the lost, that you'd go to hell and back for them, just like Jesus did for you.

Gender confusion, difficulty and denial has been around a long time. The message doesn't change, whether for them or anyone else. Many transgender people are so depressed and rejected by all others, making a friend who doesn't judge or condemn them may turn them around, and cause them to have some hope.

We just need to lead them to Jesus and He, better than us, can deal with them on all the internal issues they're experiencing.

All that being said, the so-called "bathroom" issue is a different matter. Anyone who thinks this is simply about urination and defecation is grossly mistaken. It's not even about people playing the transgender card so they can have a perverted, even violent access to a particular restroom designated a certain way.

This is about normalizing a sinful existence with one of the most primal, fundamental aspects of our humanity: the physical need to pass bodily waste.

This is making the issue a physical one, instead of a spiritual one.

By fighting for the right to be and exist as transgender, and by trying to normalize transgenderism in the minds of the American people, they've hit upon an area that is intensely private and dear I say, sacrosanct among humans: the need to daily expel waste.

In this way, a subconscious set of lies are being fostered upon the American people, that is, that to deny a person the right to be transgender is to deny them their physiological need to urinate and defecate.

By "forcing" a transgender person to use an alleged opposite gender restroom, it is said we are harming the transgender person and wounding them in a part of their life that is so private, primal, fundamental, and necessary.

It's a brilliant strategy, and as we can see, it's won over the popular media and many of the politicians and celebrities of the nation.

Ever since the Supreme Court sided with the legalization of gay marriage across the board in every state, the entities of spiritual wickedness in high places, i.e. in the ouranos or heavens, has been granted full control of the spiritual condition of our culture. The curtain, I believe, has already started to close. It's just a matter of time when it will fully be so.

Only those sanctified by the Holy Spirit will have any hope of withstanding the temptation that is coming.
