While I will grant you that most people who attend trinitarian churches are unsure as to how many or what "gods" they worship, their theologians have an entirely different viewpoint.
They firmly believe in the trinity and believe those who are "oneness" are in false doctrine.
I would also ask you what is there that would prevent this church from falling back into false doctrine the same as Christ Church did?
Without a strong teaching of doctrine, the congregation will be led into whatever field the pulpit wishes to lead.
