Very light rain fall over night. Harvey downgraded to a Cat 1, still hovering over Victoria. West Houston experiencing heavy rain, expecting 1-2 inches per hour.

I'm sure Esaias is fine. PO stated that she had an evacuation order. So, I assume she is dry somewhere.

Satellite is cutting out and there's still nothing going on here, so I'm annoyed. I'd rather watch the news on this big screen "monitor" than on the iPhone. Wonder if McDonald's will be open. I could go for some cahfee.

I live about 30 miles south of the Oklahoma border, so we're fine. I've been trying to get ahold of family down in Texas City but either the phones are down or they are sleeping in late.
