There are three videos of that.
1. They don't show a gunman, only flashes.
2. No evidence of busted windows on 4th floor. I hear the windows don't open, either, to prevent suicides.
3. No actual video evidence of any shots actually being fired at all from anywhere. Which is interesting.
LVPD/LVCSO scanner feeds have units reporting possible gunman on 4th floor, but no confrontations or actual sightings, except an officer claiming to see shots coming from "about a third of the way up the building, possibly 6th floor or so."
I have serious questions about the "scanner feeds" though.
