Really?
Noah and the flood was a type and shadow of Jesus name baptism. The sinful were taken all away. Matthew 24:39 Jesus points out specifically that the wicked didn't know anything until THEY were taken all away. The righteous remain. 8 were saved by water, which is speaking of Jesus name baptism, remission of sins. Sean, Noah floating in an ark is never used to explain a rapture in your Bible. You heard that Noah floating rapture over a pulpit, not from a Bible.
Deal with it.

Paul speaks of a taking to heaven.....
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Paul speaks of a thief....
5 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
Paul speaks of a drunk.......
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Then Jesus speaks of a thief.....

49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

And they said to him, “WHERE, LORD?” He said to them, “WHERE THE CORPSE IS THE VULTURES WILL GATHER.”
That isn't a rapture to heaven Sean.
They are being taken to be piled up with the dead.
Those left behind are the survivors of the tribulation.

Paul in 1 Thes.4, quoted Jesus' statement in exact sequence in Matt 24 very clearly.
Paul spoke of a catching away of saints, a thief, then a drunk.
Jesus spoke of a catching away of saints, a thief, then a drunk.
Now, look at the portion directly preceding Matt 24:40.....
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field...........
Right, those that are taken are the ones taken in verse 40-41....

Which correlates with Paul's portion directly....

Again, Paul in 1 Thes 4 is quoting Jesus in Matt 24..... 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord...
I have heard for decades that Paul had a personal revelation of this event.
That is completely false.
Paul quoted Jesus in a statement that was common knowledge among the Apostles and saints already, as per Jesus in Matt 24.
