No. If the foot goes through then it is "breeches". Unless it is completely covered by an outer garment and never visible. Then it is underwear.

They are designed after men's clothes and they are dressing like a man using them. It's the samething, regardless the gender they were designed for in our society. We won't let Babylon guide our moral compass. All these things are preached against at my church for this very reason. The design of a garment that is designed in the same design as breeches. Hoses, footless hose,sweat pants, stretches, yoga pants or leggings all fit that description.

No, to wear anything of the sort is abomination unto God. That's why the Hebrew women wore nothing that would resemble it.

They are designed after it so therefore a woman should not wear them, foot going through or not. Any type of garment that surround the leg on all sides is designed as breeches are. Despite if women wear them.

Panty hose? I've heard Elder Morton preach that a lady is not fully dressed if she isn't wearing panty hose, and I agree...at least for services. I don't think we need Pentecostal ladies coming to church with bare legs.

That's why they wear long dresses, my church preaches against all of that. Leggings, pantyhose and all.
