OK, it's story time.

I was at an old Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Florida. They use to be PAW back in the first century A.D., or maybe even older. Old sisters wearing cateye glasses, all in hats. Looking holy, godly, and quite sanctified. Well, the pastor was probably around during the first and last supper. Because he was super old. Well, it was communion time, and I was there. He had me come up and greet the saints. I did, and we had a hoop and hollering good time, we did it all to "God rode in a windstorm, throw me overboard, I have a hiding place." Well, when the smoke cleared, the pastor began to teach on the ONE CUP. How they all partook from ONE CUP. He looked over at me his eyes meeting mine. He then said "it is in the book? Right, it's in the book" I gave a Brother D amen! So, everyone didn't get any dixie cups that morning, or any ushers with golden trays filled with thimble sized clear little cups brimming with wine. NO! A chalice came out, looked like the holy grail, and in went the wine. Everyone lined up, old mothers, old fathers, young people, sisters and brothers. Some with runny noses, drooling, and coughing. Old Brother B got up and moved right along with them, watch everyone gargle from ONE CUP. So, when it came to be my turn, I partook, with not even a flinch.

I agree. In fact I agree so much, that I’d want to go first. Just to make a statement to others. I wouldn’t mind them drinking after me.

When I was a kid we use to pass a bunch things around, smoke, bottles of varying substances, ice cream, sandwiches, and drank from the same garden hose.
