I really think that by being so generous with the handouts the government Hope's to put people's mind at ease(take no thought for the fact you can only do essential spending)(even if you wanted to you couldn't take a vacation), and keep their thoughts off of the future. The longer we wait to get back going the more likely it is that small businesses wont recover. This is a perfect environment for Big State to save the day. Will,then the true root of socialism(communism)manifests its ugly head. Once noone wants to support the entitlement class, they will be forced to work at the government owned factories and corporation.
