Not meaning to hijack...but how is the candle business going?

I bought a candle from yankee candle the other day. Even though I left it burning for the time I was supposed to, it only melted so far over, and then began to tunnel downward.....What causes that???/

Did you ever find a scent close to Bath and Body's Brown Sugar Fig?

Yes, I did find a dupe for Brown Sugar and Fig. Right now I am only carrying 40 scents and there isn't room for more, so that's on hold.

I'm doing very well. We are moving to a new location and that will make me busier. We are looking to do that, anyway. Lots involved in that. We haven't decided, but it is imperative because the location we are in doesn't have as much visibility as we first thought we had. I'm totally exclusive for my daughter's shop as I don't have time to do more and it's better business for me to remain exclusive in our location.

Yankee Candles are not the greatest candle even though some people might think they are. Lots of factors involved around that.

One thing you need to do when you get a new candle - you MUST allow the burn pool to reach the sides on the first burn or it will tunnel down. That means that the wax has to melt all the way across and touch the glass before you can blow out the flame.

Your candle will continue to tunnel from now on, sorry about that.

Hope you are doing well, also. Thanks for asking.
