I think Anthony Mangun made a mistake by having Maxwell.

But there is a difference--he had Maxwell for a seminar on leadership--not anywhere near the same as putting him up to ostensibly preach the Word of God in a service.

Big, big difference.

Maxwell came to speak on a subject he is supposed to be expert in, not deliver a Word from God.

The PAW people have trinitarian speakers preach to their general constituency, something they would NEVER have done a decade or two ago.

Again, no soap.

To be honest, I have thrown the idea of visiting a non-apostolic house church around in my mind. There are really no other options in my area.

PPH sells trinitarian books at every conference there is. So, why can trinitarians preach to people through books?

Sister,

Let's not be coy.

We all know there is a totally different dynamic involved when you compare reading a bok and putting someone in the pulpit to preach the Word.

You are making a valiant affort here, but you don't really have a leg to stand on.

Right. Writing from trinitarians is legitimate. Even legitimate enough to not separate from. Legitimate enough to make money off of. But not legitimate enough to listen to.

Again,

You know very well there s a big difference between having a book someone wrote in your library, and putting the author in your pulpit.

Everybody knows the difference, ILG.

I might agree except they are SELLING BOOKS WRITTEN BY TRINITARIANS at UPC conferences. They could be bought at a bookstore if they are so hellbound and bought only for study. These books are promoted and you know it. Once again the UPC goes <------------> that away.

You are straining and stretching trying to make a point, but it isn't working, Sister.

Preaching is a very, very different thing than reading and selling books.

It is a scred thing with definite Scriptural boundaries.

I think I am going to quit dignifying this effort you are making to try and compare the two as if they are in any way the same thing.
