Brad, a couple of points:
I have never claimed any super powers, and have never tried to make you a whipping boy.

I'm just saying that preachers are being treated like they have always treated others and they don't like it. They think that they got some special pass one day when they decided they were "anointed" and no one is ever allowed to contradict them because that is the same as contradicting God.

Maybe some preachers, Brad.
Have you found my attitude to be that way?

I think most preachers do to a certain extent, but I did not mean to single you out, I was just responding in general.
I do get annoyed when people start leaving when certain "sacred" things are questioned... I mean that is what this topic is all about right?

The fact is that there are some things that are sacred to some.
There are things that are sacred to me. I am not one of those things. Folks questioning me doesn't bother me any great lot.
However, I do have a very deep reverence for the things of God, and when my spirit becomes grieved, I quietly make my exit.
That line is in different places for different people. I don't know that I could describe to you exactly where it is for me. It varies on different topics I guess.

I'm like you CS, in that I don't mind being questioned. Your right, everybody's tolerance level is different on different topics. For instance it makes me a little nervous when the mode of peoples worship is mocked. No matter who they are. That's just me....

No, Bro. Coon you are a great guy, even though you told me one time that you wouldn't give a teaspoon of calf slobber for my opinion.
