This is a link to a newspaper in New Zealand!!!

Overseas newspapers are notorious for getting stuff like this wrong. Remember when the official Chinese News Agency reran an article from the spoof site "The Onion" as true? It was an article about how Congress was going to remodel the Capitol building in washington to make the roof open up. LOL!!!
