It was pretty quiet here until about an hour ago and now we're swamped.
(I'm on lunch break) My goal is to upsell at least $4 with each customer. Yesterday, I managed to upsell $200.00+ which is pretty darn good!

They have a beautiful Steinway piano just one door down from us - Tom Lee Music. Ever hear tell of them? The piano's supposed to be handmade.

All Steinways are hand made! There are 56 dealers of Steinways in North American. He may be the dealer for your area. Maybe the Steinway is a used one! Usually the Steinway dealers are the largest piano store in the area!

10 dealerships here in the Vancouver area.

When I walked into the piano showroom there were several Steinways on display but one had the "handmade" sign on it so I thought it was special from the rest in that regard. They are so beautiful. After you've played a grand piano you're spoiled. Nothing else is quite the same.
