I thought you did a great job there Dr. Rev. But yeah, the Southern Gospel music...
Now I really enjoy Southern Gospel instrumentals. And don't listen to BOOMM's anti-Windoze crankiness. You ought to hear the kind of stuff he mutters under his breath when he's thinking...
We all need to keep Mrs. BOOMM in our prayers.

How would you know what he mutters under his breath?
Do appreciate the prayers, though. Holding him at bay and keeping his fingers off my computer has not been easy. I do not want Lennox, I've made up my mind and I'm not interested. I do not have the patience to learn another program. I have all that I need to do to do what I need to do. Now say that 10 times fast. lol

I was praying for and praying with BOOMM when he and I were just little "poofs." I'm afraid that I have been sent into his life again to continue the aggravation of long ago.

Though we've never met I consider you "family" and have been praying for both of you. Your husband and I are just a couple of nerds who fell in together at one point in our lives before wandering off to different parts of the continent. I truly love BOOMM even though it's taken a little time for me to get used to calling him that. My wife was happy when I told her that our paths had crossed again.

Wow, now you do have my curiosity up. I will have to ask him as soon as he walks in the door in about 40 minutes.

Bro. Flemming,
I thought you did fine.
And, I liked the music.
If you're gonna be a Tennessee preacher you're going to have to come up with more of a twang. You don't want to come across as a Yankee.

Back in the early nineteen seventies at the ALJC camp meeting in Indiana, Carroll McGruders Dad, Eld. Lester McGruder gave us some good Bible lessons. Carroll's first wife blessed us with a song called "One Day at a Time."
Later they were in a horrible accident and Sis McGruder was killed and Carroll wound up in a wheel chair. He said, "Some day I'll be preaching without this wheel chair," and, thank God he has been now for some time.
Recently his wife Priscilla has been through an episode with cancer and has written a book about it titled, "I've Just Started Living." The book is available through the UPC Publishing house or can be ordered from the McGrudders. I don't remember their phone number. We've given away a couple of copies of it to encourage people.

I love the McGruders!!!!!!!!
I sing I'm goning home with Jesus. Man it can move a crowd.
I don't remember what I was singing when we were at Steadfast's church, but while I was singing, the lights went out. It was kinda funny, my kids said "my mama sang so good that the lights went out." I cracked up laughing. How's that for good training? he he

Sam, my Mother-in-law wrote the book with Priscilla. We recently enjoyed hearing McGruders sing and preach at the local AOG.
