The point that was made by OPCarl that what really matters is the actual vote is valid but if that's so then why bother with the survey at all.

1. Procrastination
2. It really doesn't mean anything or matter much.
3. The questions were poorly designed and lacked clarity.
4. Who really cares anyway?

On July 31st I thought UFO's had landed and that I was truely on another planet. For in my hands I held not one but TWO UPCI publications with the date of August 2007.
