But - nope - Have not had any good pie lately!
It's a shame. My family has the world's greatest recipe for chocolate/coconut/butterscotch/whatever else cream pies. But then again, EVERYthing is better in Texas!

Have you ever made Peanut Butter Cream pie? My Lord that is so good you bottom lip will beat you half to death trying to do double time! It is just like a vanilla cream pie but you add 2 or 3 tablespoons of peanut butter to the filling while hot... you can also add a 1/4 cup of finely chopped peanuts if you like it a little less smooth... for me you can leave out the peanuts!

I am IN LIKE FLYNN on that peanutbutter cream pie! My co-workers thank you in advance for the recipe. I'm a beliver in smooth peanutbutter as well. Many thanks!
