THIS EQUATES TO NOT TOUCHING YOUR SPOUSE ON CHURCH DAYS?

"having an issue" makes you unclean "until the even". How can you enter into the presence of God unclean?

3Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD?
And who may stand in His holy place?
4He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood
And has not sworn deceitfully.
5He shall receive a blessing from the LORD
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Agreed but again how do you equate this verse w/ the extrabiblical teaching to the prohibition on church days?

I think "clean hands" are related to the Lev 15 citation.

And let's add to that one ... James 4:8

(A)Draw near to God and He will draw near to you (B)Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and (C)purify your hearts, you (D)double-minded.

I still dont see the parallel ... you seek to make.

First, please expound on what the Leviticus verse means to you.
Second... how does your interpretation equate to not entering the house of the Lord w/ clean hands and a pure heart?
Third ... does this prohibition make you holier ... and more apt to "be in the Spirit" only at the church building?
