Some men have a real gift of administration or mercy, but they are not the best pulpit guys - or maybe don't even feel called that way. This is a great opportunity to use their gifts to their greatest advantage.

I may be very wrong, but I believe these churches with "daughter works" have as their ultimate goal a total release of the satellite banch. What remains then is a connection of respect and honor for the church that founded them - but no offical ties.

Could be, I'm not sure. All of our churches are autonomous, as far as they are all individually incorporated and all have their own bank accounts, except for the one newest work and it will eventually. We do not control the money at these churches, but they do tithe into the central ministry. That money is then distributed for missions at home and abroad.
So, in other words, it's not for control. Just the way we feel like God would have us to do church. And....it's working.

Our video venue in the back had such an awesome powerful service Sunday morning, they were still in church about a half hour after we were done in the main sanctuary!

I think you are correct there Evangelist Hoover!
At some point in time, those men that are working as "assistant Pastors" should be groomed into taking the responsibility of the church. If they are not, then they will never fulfill their full calling to Pastor while under the "Apostle", and will likely find a church where they can. I believe there is a transition phase, but the end result should be that the daughter work becomes self sufficient and self sustaning, so the Apostle can go out and replicate the process over and over.

We're not opposed to this happening in the future. Right now, we have a lot more guys who are qualified as campus pastors, but are not ready to be turned loose completely.
